As part of the research in the EnergyLab Nordhavn project, PhD student Hanmin Cai is demonstrating the aggregation of high temperature storage in heaters available in residential housing. The results from the demonstration support our vision towards higher share of wind power.
Although only nine heaters are involved, they could provide storage of 167kWh, at a lower price than alternative storage possibilities in urban areas such as Nordhavn.
