Thursday 20th June was a day of celebration when the Laboratory of Acoustics celebrated their 50 years anniversary.
Acousticians and friends of the house were invited to an exiting day of presentations, discussions and networking.
Associate Professor Finn Agerkvist kicked off the celebrations with an introduction of the days agenda and Institute Director Kristian Stubkjær followed with a warm welcome speech where he also congratulated the Laboratory of Acoustics for all the fine and pioneering work that has been carried out over the first 50 years.
There was a celebrational air to the day which turned out to be a successful and interesting day full of presentations, demonstrations and discussions and a good opportunity for acousticians to meet old colleagues and acquaintances, network and to make new connections.
